We are currently looking for ambitious people who are willing to start working as a Procurement Communications Agent

Responsibilities:
- Active comunication with IBM's suppliers via phone and e-mail
- Verifyin incoming information from suppliers
- Answering suppliers' demands and questions
- Solving problems with supplies (for. ex. Delayed or missing payments, wrong invoices etc.)

Requirements:

- Excellent command in one of the following Western European languages - French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Swedish
- Very good command in English
- Very good communication skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to manage own time and prioritize workload
